Schmuecking's
Westview Resort is a small, family owned
summer resort, usually operated from mid May through September. Weekly rates for the 2010 season range from $686 to
$1024 (includes tax). We do not accept pets. Occasionally we will rent for a partial week or a long week-end.
The minimum stay is three nights. When children are in school , we may
have off-season and fishing specials. Please inquire for details
and rates.
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a one-bedroom cottage, and $400 for a two-bedroom cottage.
Each
of our cottages has a view of the lake and is surrounded by
trees. Parking is provided for one vehicle near each cottage, and there is an area nearby
to park boat trailers and extra vehicles.
There is a
picnic area with picnic table and a gas or Weber charcoal grill available to any of our
guests, and a screened fish cleaning house with power and running water to clean
your catch of the day. We also offer free wireless internet and limited access to portable televisions.
Please ask about TV availability. The
beach has a picnic table, beach chairs, and access to a free
canoe upon request. We also have a swim raft for those who crave a
deep water plunge in the sun! Each cottage is also assigned one mooring spot
on our pier. At this time we have 3, free, 14 foot aluminum fishing
boats available for use. Please notify us at the time of booking
if you need a boat. We also offer an 8 HP, 4-stroke, Mercury outboard motor for rent for
$150/week with 1 tank of gas (tax included),
or $35/day (tax included). Please call to reserve.
